I have been interested in holistic and complimentary therapies for years, so during 2021 I made the decision to train as a massage therapist. I received one to one training with the amazing Anna from Calmstone at the Hideaway. I am now a qualified Massage Therapist and a member of the Guild of Holistic Therapists.
As I have personally benefitted from a range of treatments, I appreciate that having a therapist you are happy with, trust, and that treats you as an individual is really important. Someone that will listen and tailor the treatment to your needs. It’s my goal that all my clients feel that their overall heath and wellbeing is my main priority.
Thanks for visiting my site and I hope to see you soon.
BENEFITS
Massage can help de stress, reduce pain, relax tense muscles and improve circulation to name just a few. Not only are there many physical benefits to massage, but massage has psychological benefits as well.
TREATMENT
Before any treatment, I will carry out a thorough consultation to make sure that the treatment is suitable for you. The consultation also gives me the opportunity to listen to what you want from the massage, this way the treatment is specifically tailored to YOUR needs.
I believe that what we use on our skin is incredibly important. Thats why I use organic, cruelty free, and 100% pure oils. There is power in nature and these oils leave your skin feeling moisturised, nourished and hydrated.
Offering an at home service means taking the stress out of things for you, you have full control over your treatment environment. As you don’t need to travel after your treatment, you can continue to relax in the comfort of your own home after your treatment ends.
If you have any question or would like to book an appointment, then please contact me.
Depending on your location and the time of your treatment, there may be an additional travel fee. This will be charged at cost and you will be informed of this when making your booking.
We’re not currently taking new bookings, but please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical advice and/or treatment.
